The STA Auction will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Ticket pre-sales open this winter.

Auction success relies on contributions and participation of the entire community. Please consider volunteering, becoming a sponsor, helping underwrite the event with a monetary donation, or donating vacation rentals, services, gift cards, or other items.

Get involved!

Volunteering for auction is a great way to get involved in the STA community. If you’re interested in joining a committee, email the Auction team at There are a number of different ways to participate:

  • Marketing: Print and digital communications, social media
  • Decor: Photo booth, signage, table decor, wine pulls, evening raffles
  • Acquisitions: Items for mini live, live, silent auction
  • Sponsorships: Business and family sponsorships
  • Day of Auction: Seating charts, set-up, audio and visual
  • Spirit Week: Ticket sales, on campus activities for kids, pep rally
  • Parties: Hosting and organizing grade level parties and group events
