Welcome to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School! It is a joy and a privilege to serve as the principal and to be part of a school community with a long tradition of excellence in Catholic education.

For generations, St. Thomas has been a place where faith and learning come together, where students are challenged to grow in knowledge and character, and where families and educators work together to help each child become the person God is calling them to be.

At the heart of our mission is the formation of our students’ Catholic identity. Through daily prayer, the celebration of the Sacraments, Scripture, religion classes, service, and opportunities to live out the Gospel, our students are invited to develop a personal relationship with Christ and to grow in their understanding of what it means to live as a disciple.

We are equally committed to academic excellence. Our dedicated teachers challenge and inspire students to think critically, ask questions, and develop a lifelong love of learning. We build upon the strong academic foundation that has been a hallmark of St. Thomas while preparing our students for the opportunities and challenges of the future. Our students’ standardized test scores consistently set the bar for the diocese. The vast majority of graduates gain acceptance to their high school of choice, as well as highly competitive honors programs. Our students have gone on to achieve amazing success in every aspect of their lives.

Equally significant, St. Thomas is a community. Our students are known, loved, and supported. Our teachers and staff work in partnership with parents, recognizing that a child’s education is strongest when home and school work together. We are grateful for the many ways our families contribute to the life and spirit of our school. Whether it is working in the classroom or helping at recess, coaching an athletic team, or chairing a special event, there is an opportunity for everyone to participate and to get involved. This spirit of community and family is the foundation that is often credited as the ultimate reason families choose St. Thomas.

As we honor the traditions and accomplishments that have shaped St. Thomas, we also look forward with great hope and excitement. Next school year, our new classroom building will be fully complete. It will house grades K-8, a new library, cafeteria, music and fine arts studios, STEM labs, and additional classrooms for differentiated learning. This beautiful new space is a reflection of the incredible generosity, faith, and commitment of our school community and a testament to the belief that Catholic education is worth investing in for generations to come.
